How the hiring process works
01 — 05
Submit an application for the vacancy you are interested in via the form on the website or on WhatsApp. Specify your experience and the documents you have for working in the EU.
We call you back to clarify the details: your experience, readiness to travel, and documents. We select a site that is right for you based on location, specialization, and timeline.
We check the documents required for legal work in the country of the site (residence permit/visa, and if necessary, registration such as PESEL in Poland). If any documents are missing, we will tell you directly what needs to be provided.
We coordinate the departure date—usually within 1–3 weeks after confirming the terms (salary, schedule, and accommodation).
Upon arrival at the site, we sign a contract. From there, you work according to the agreed schedule and stay in touch with your coordinator throughout your employment regarding salary, living conditions, and contract extensions.
